1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You purchased ShipKit within the last 30 calendar days
  • You are the original purchaser of the license
  • You are requesting a refund before the 30-day period expires

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@shipkit.online with:

  • Your order/invoice number
  • The email address associated with your purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you'd like a refund (optional but appreciated)

We will respond within 2 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: 100% of your purchase price will be refunded if requested within 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 Days: Refunds are not available after the 30-day period, but we encourage you to contact us to discuss any concerns
  • Multiple Purchases: Each purchase has its own 30-day refund window
  • License Revocation: Upon refund approval, your license to use ShipKit is revoked, and you must cease all use of the Product

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Refunds requested after you have used the Product extensively in production (we'll review on a case-by-case basis)
  • Custom modifications or consulting services (if purchased separately)
  • Duplicate purchases made in error within 24 hours (contact us immediately)

  • Payment Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account
  • Currency Conversion: If you paid in a different currency, refunds are issued in the currency charged

8. Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Refunds for promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases are also subject to the 30-day policy. The refund amount will be the actual price paid, not the original list price.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity, payment disputes (chargebacks), or policy violations. Multiple refund requests from the same account may trigger additional verification.
