1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShipKit ("Product"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License Grant

ShipKit is sold as a one-time digital product. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShipKit according to the following terms:

  • You may use ShipKit for personal or commercial projects
  • You may modify the code for your own use
  • You may deploy to production
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license ShipKit to others
  • You may not claim ownership or create derivative products based on ShipKit for commercial resale
  • One-time purchase grants you the license; future updates are included at no additional cost

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Product and all related materials are owned by ShipKit team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Product is transferred to you. All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain the exclusive property of ShipKit.

4. Limitations on Use

You may not:

  • Use ShipKit to build competing products or services
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on ShipKit
  • Publish, transmit, or otherwise distribute any information about ShipKit's source code publicly
  • Use ShipKit for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble ShipKit (except as permitted by applicable law)
  • Transfer or sublicense your license to another party

5. Warranty Disclaimer

SHIPKIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that ShipKit will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHIPKIT TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure or non-performance of ShipKit is a refund of the purchase price (subject to our refund policy).

7. Support and Updates

ShipKit includes access to documentation and community support via Discord. Priority support is not included with the standard license. Updates and improvements may be provided at our discretion, but we make no commitment to provide ongoing feature development.

8. Use of Third-Party Services

ShipKit integrates with third-party services including Supabase, LemonSqueezy, Stripe, and others. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of these services.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ShipKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

Your license to use ShipKit is perpetual, but we reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where this service is provided, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
